Our Process

WHAT WE DO FROM START TO FINISH:


ENSURE YOUR CLAIM GETS FILED PROPERLY

• Your insurance carrier will provide a claim number and schedule and Adjuster’s appointment.

• An IMPACT Project Manager will be on site during your Adjuster’s appointment to be sure you receive proper inspection.

• An Insurance Adjuster will furnish you with a report/estimate based on their assessment.

 

WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE TO GET FUNDS

• IMPACT’s office will need a copy of the Adjuster’s Report (their initial project estimate).

• IMPACT’S Xactimate certified insurance department will communicate with your insurance carrier to ensure that a quality scope of work is approved in writing prior to beginning your restoration project.

 

ENDORSE CHECKS & SCHEDULE YOUR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR

• Your project will be scheduled upon proper endorsement of the check(s) issued by the insurance company.

• If your mortgage company is listed on the check, please notify IMPACT right away for assistance in overnighting the checks to your mortgage company.

 

PERFORM WORK

• IMPACT will schedule the installation of your roof, as well as any other trades to be performed on your property.

• Initial check(s) will be due once the installation of the roof portion of your job is completed.

 

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

• Upon completion of all contracted trades, IMPACT will submit the final invoice to your insurance carrier for the release of any remaining depreciation.

• A representative from IMPACT will arrange time to collect the final payment (recoverable depreciation) and close out your project.
