The inspection process

1) Schedule — usually within 24–48 hours during storm season. 2) On-site — we walk every slope, document every penetration, and photograph every finding. 3) Report — written summary with photos, plus a clear next-step recommendation: repair, replace, or no action needed.

What we look for

Granule loss, soft hail bruising, displaced ridge caps, lifted or creased shingles from wind, torn flashing, dented vents and HVAC equipment, and any interior staining or moisture.

Documentation = approved claims

Adjusters approve what's documented. Our reports give you (and them) clear photo proof of condition — which is the single biggest reason claims get approved on the first visit.
